Countdown to Freedom...I'm Geeking Out
I'm listening to an oral argument that happened on Tuesday at the Supreme Court. It's the closest thing to CSPAN-3.
It's awesome to hear the voices of these people I've only seen pictures! Soooo excited.

Hi, I ran across your blog from the "next blog" feature and I think I know you from school. Small world.
Not to completely nerd myself out (or, more accurately, to nerd myself out but acknowledge that I am doing it), there is a C-SPAN 3. Cable companies normally don't have it (Comcast Portland included), so it is mostly an internet only thing.
Oh, also, technology may do what the law has not and given celebrities a way to make digital cameras inoperable. Its over at Sunday's New York Times mag at http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/11/magazine/11ideas1-3.html. Apparently this widget sends out a flash that makes the cameras only take blurry pictures. I always thought the blinding, glowing, brilliance of celebrity did that anyway. Now I know.
